Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Submissions

To support public transparency and keep Delawareans informed, the Delaware Department of State is sharing the conflict-of-interest disclosures submitted by the 11 members of the Unclaimed Property Task Force.

Under the Governor’s Executive Order, every appointed commissioner is required to disclose relevant client relationships, representations, and financial interests connected to unclaimed property before getting to work evaluating the state’s program.
