Bid for Professional Services for Public Education Ombudsperson Program
The Educational Equity Council is seeking professional services to operate and manage the Delaware Public Education Ombudsperson Program. The Program will provide assistance, support, an advocacy for students subject to different or unfair treatment, including disparate discipline, inequitable access to school programs, or other similar disputes or complaints, with a particular emphasis on achieving resolutions for students through non-legal routes.
