John Lewis Youth Leadership Award
The Delaware Department of State is now accepting nominations for the 2024 John Lewis Youth Leadership Award.
The John Lewis Award was established by the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) to honor the extraordinary accomplishments of the late Congressman John Lewis.
Eligibility requirements:
➡️ Must be a resident of the State of Delaware.
➡️ Must be 25 years old or younger by the close of the nomination submission period.
➡️ Has demonstrated a meaningful commitment to addressing civil rights issues, including but not limited to voting rights.
The deadline for nominations is October 27th, 2024.
